Welcome to your Honeywell Aerospace benefits!

As part of the Honeywell Aerospace spin off, your benefits move to Honeywell Aerospace on April 1, 2026. This early transition allows us to complete required administrative updates without disrupting your coverage.

Your benefits stay the same – your plans, coverage, costs, eligibility rules, and provider networks are not changing. This includes benefits such as medical, dental, 401(k), life and disability, backup care, accounts, vacation and sick time and other voluntary benefits.

No action is required to keep your coverage. In fact, you cannot change your benefits coverage as a result of this transition. You may only make changes if you experience a qualified life event. See more details here.

Things to know

  • Some benefit vendors will:

    • Issue new ID cards
    • Have new websites and phone numbers
    • Require new website logins due to new group numbers and the new Honeywell Aerospace name

Watch for more details from the vendors.

  • 401(k) transactions will be temporarily unavailable on March 31.
  • There will be a five-day blackout to move Health Savings Account (HSA) balances to Honeywell Aerospace. This will occur over two waves in late March and early April.
  • There will be a blackout beginning March 23 while your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) balance is transferred to Honeywell Aerospace. Until the blackout ends sometime in mid-April, you will not be able to use your debit card for FSA claims. You can submit any 2025 FSA claims to your Honeywell FSA directly to Bank of America through March 31.
  • Deductibles and/or out-of-pocket balances will transfer to your Honeywell Aerospace account with your medical vendor in April.
