Enroll in your 2027 benefits: Oct. 12-30

After a year of change, things are staying steady in 2027. Annual Enrollment is your chance to make sure you are enrolled in the right benefits coverage for yourself and your family. Review your benefits carefully and enroll by 11:59 pm CT on Friday, Oct. 30. Unless you have a qualified life event, the decisions you make now can’t be changed until next fall’s Annual Enrollment.

Note: If you are a Kansas City National Security Campus employee, please refer to information shared directly by your organization, as some details may differ.

Medical and dental premiums

Like many other day-to-day expenses, health care costs are on the rise. It is expected that 2027 will see a cost increase of around 9% for Honeywell Aerospace. The Company has decided to absorb this increase and not pass these costs on to employees. This reflects the continuing investment we make in our employees.

Cigna and MetLife dental premiums will be increasing between 5-6% for 2027. The average annual increase is between $8-10 for individual and $29-$39 for family coverage.

Minimal changes to meet IRS requirements

Only minimal changes are scheduled for 2027 to meet IRS requirements. The HDHP in-network deductible will rise slightly from $1,700/$3,400 by $50/$100, since our plan is currently at the lowest allowable level. Also, the amount you can contribute to your HSA is increasing by $100/$250 next year.

While the Dependent care FSA limit is NOT changing, there is no longer a reduced cap for highly compensated employees (HCEs).
